2. Our baby monitors only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, Does not support 5G Wi-Fi

3. When the camera needs to connect to your phone, when you use nannio's app to pair with the camera, please make sure you have turned on Google Location Services first.

4. Do not put the monitor close to the camera, otherwise there will be a cacophony.

5. If our nannio Wi-Fi baby monitor there is a disconnection, please wait for 20 seconds after restarting and the red light with a flash before connecting.

Note : Please read the user manual carefully before using the monitor.
